Welcome!

My name is Joshua Fede, and I’m a licensed Physical Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach. I received my Doctorate from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences where I received extensive training in myofascial manipulation, spine manipulation, and joint mobilization. After my entry-level education, I became orthopedic residency trained where I received advanced evidence-based training in differential diagnoses, evaluation, and treatment of orthopedic and sports injuries.

In addition to my clinical training, I have received apprenticeships from Strength & Conditioning Coaches from the collegiate to the Olympic level. These experiences have allowed me the opportunities to provide venue coverage for USA Weightlifting for the Pan-American Games, United States Track and Field events, and become a United States Olympic & Paralympic (USOPC) sports medicine volunteer in Colorado Springs, Colorado and Lake Placid, New York.

Activities outside of my practice include presenting at regional and national conferences and co-authoring publications, most recently Clinical Case Studies Across the Medical Continuum for Physical Therapists (ISBN: 9781684201877) a textbook for Physical Therapy Schools.

As a concierge Performance Therapist I help my clients achieve their wellness, fitness, and training goals in the comfort of their own facility or in a private gym to accommodate privacy, lifestyle, and autonomy.
