Athletes of all walks of life want to be able to perform at the HIGHEST level, which means the training and care should be directed that way. As a Physical Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach, you have the advantage of having your own medical and performance team.
Whether you are preparing for post-injury, offseason, or in-season. Your performance training is going to be dictated by injury history, training history, and time of the season. In addition to physical preparation you will be consulted on diet/nutrition, and sleep hygiene as a holistic approach for management.
